Questions about billing
Is there a free plan? +
Yes. Logging inspections by hand is free with no time limit and no hive limit, and your records are always yours to read and export. New accounts also get 30 days of voice and video switched on, with no card up front, so you can try the part you'd be paying for.
What happens if I stop paying? +
You drop back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: every hive, visit, recording and photo stays visible, playable and exportable, and you can carry on logging inspections by hand with no limit. You just lose voice recording and video until you're back.
Is tax included in the price? +
Prices are shown before tax. Depending on where you are, local VAT or sales tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Do you charge per hive? +
No. Ten hives or two hundred, it's the same price. You shouldn't have to count your hives to work out a bill.
Do you charge per person? +
No. Up to three people can share an account at no extra cost. If you run a commercial operation with a bigger team, talk to us and we'll sort something out.
Are there usage limits on voice? +
No credits, no counters, nothing to top up. Record as much as you like.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes, from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
